這 top up degree 是小弟讀完 BTEC (見前文 https://engineeringsurvey.blogspot.com/2015/12/edexcel-btec.html) 升讀的，學位由Birmingham City University 頒發。

我是2015年畢業生，最近看到網上有人說現在不合格不能 re-take，如果是真的又好像太嚴了。
