Seth Material 賽斯資料

賽斯的資料可以從維基百科中了解:
賽斯資料英語Seth Material)是一系列的通靈記錄與著作,由美國靈媒珍·羅伯茲從1963年開始口述給其丈夫,直至她於1984年逝世為止。賽斯資料據稱是來自於一個叫做賽斯(Seth)的靈體,它已不再輪迴。羅伯茲表示,賽斯借用她的身體,然後藉由她的身體說話。
賽斯資料的核心思想是以意識創造物質的理論為基礎,指出每個人都可以透過思想、信念和期許創造自己的實相,而且吾人在當下就可以通過威力之點(point of power)影響事物的變化。
賽斯資料探討的形上學概念包山包海,包括上帝的本質在內,說它「一切萬有」(All That Is),有時也也提到「多次元上帝」(The Multidimensional God)(現身於平行宇宙或可能存在的宇宙中);物質實相的本質;宇宙的起源;基督的故事;靈魂的進化、死亡和重生的所有面向,包括輪迴業報前世瀕死經驗、「護衛靈」(guardian spirits)、高昇至「較高意識」的層次;生命的目的和善惡的本質;受苦的目的;多次元實相、平行生命、超個人層次。

CHAPTER 1  THE LIVING PICTURE OF THE WORLD
  • The living picture of the world grows within the mind
  • The great creativity of consciousness is your heritage
  • The inner world of each man and woman is connected with the inner world of the earth
  • The eye rises out of the physical structure. The ego rises out of the structure of the psyche 
  • You change even the most permanent-seeming conditions of your life constantly through the varying attitudes you have toward them
  • An event or object that exists briefly in space may have a much greater duration in time. It may have far greater importance and intensity, existing in your memory, for example, long after it has disappeared in space. Such an event or object does not merely exist symbolically within your mind or memory — but in your terms its actual reality continues as a time event


CHAPTER 2   REALITY AND PERSONAL BELIEFS
  • I am fat - These are all beliefs held by many people. Those who have them will meet them in experience
  • If you believe, moreover, that you must accept your difficulties, then this belief alone can deter you from solving them
  • You must be convinced (相信) that you can alter your beliefs. You must be willing to try



CHAPTER 3   SUGGESTION, TELEPATHY (感應), AND THE GROUPING OF BELIEFS
  • Ideas have an electromagnetic reality. Beliefs are strong ideas about the nature of reality. Ideas generate emotion. Like attracts like.
  • You get what you concentrate upon. There is no other main rule.
  • You must learn to use your imagination to move concepts in and out of your mind. The proper use of imagination can then propel ideas in the directions you desire.




CHAPTER 4   YOUR IMAGINATION AND YOUR BELIEFS, AND A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE ORIGIN OF YOUR BELIEFS
  • The pendulum (鐘擺) would be a method of allowing you to view conscious material that is not structured to recognized beliefs.
  • One particular method is three-pronged(三管齊下):                                                            
  1. You generate the emotion opposite the one that arises from the belief you want to change,                                                           
  2. and you turn your imagination in the opposite direction from the one dictated by the belief.                                                           
  3. At the same time you consciously assure yourself that the unsatisfactory belief is an idea about reality and not an aspect of reality itself.
  • If you are poor, you purposely pretend(假裝) that you have all you need financially. Imagine how you will spend your money. If you are ill, imagine playfully that you are cured(治愈). See yourself doing what you would do.

催眠 Hypnosis

EP015 - 破解催眠迷思 (上集)

內容精要:

催眠可以説是意識轉變狀態;
不同的腦波有 beta (清醒放鬆)、alpha (臨睡著)、theta (潛意識)、delta (睡著)

自我催眠平日也不斷進行,例如: 祈禱,白日夢……
不要 「你做得吾係幾好,可吾可以做好d !」,而要用「你會做得越來越好」。
用含糊的說法,模棱兩可,顯意識便會失去注意力。
潛意識有歸類性,如「吾讀書就捱窮」。

遇到問題可用的三大問題法:
1. 是否事實
2. 是否百份有
3. 持續這念頭對自己有什麼幫助

自我預言實現
只用信念和觀想,已可增加成功率。例如:打籃球

寫正面字句都是自我催眠的一種!!
需要時用心錨、圖片加強功力,完全覆蓋舊信念!!
例子: 「我要早上六時精神翼翼地起身」

加強心想事成的方法: 白紙黑字寫許願信

要用心感受世界,可以煩惱,但不要上心,心應存放正面思想。
透過調節呼吸,令心跳頻率維持在平靜放鬆的狀態。在這狀態下思想,才找到智慧。
呼吸要慢要深要長,peaceful !!
太興奮也是不好,和諧狀態可改變身邊人事物。
打坐可連結身體細胞,重要是發放感恩狀態出去。


個人後感:
1. 主持一般拒絕直接做前世回塑
2. 主持不建議以催眠找超能力

我十分認同,因為應該是乎實際需要再決定,有時「不知道」比「知道」好,資訊太多也不好。
就如主持的例子: 假設你想改善和另一半的關係,得知另一半前世虧欠了自己,對改善關係反而可能有反效果。

超能力不應強求,亦毋須用催眠來尋找,很多宗教也有記載所謂的「超能力」,個人也認為催眠應專注用在治療及改善身心靈方面。

個人認為一般人如果不太會細分,把alpha, theta 兩種腦波也當成潛意識狀態也未嘗不可。(有需要才細分也可以)
